What I Did

• Researched and built the AI Agent solution and Tested Agent idea presented yesterday
• Completed in-house testing and achieved strong positive results up 14 % accuracy.
• Worked with LangChain metadata and knowledge systems for reporting
• Actively contributed as much as I understand the our Paychex systems

What I Learnt

• Ask the right questions first — Understanding the problem deeply before building saves time and avoids rework
• Expectations vs Reality — Setting a clear line early prevents misalignment down the line
• Collaboration over recognition — In AI work especially, team intelligence drives better outcomes than individual effort
• Flag risks early — Identifying and communicating risks as soon as they appear is critical
• New age AI needs team alignment — No single person has all the answers; connected collaboration is the real competitive advantage
